Congratulations to Grace Lynch who was a National Winner in the Londis "Write Up My Street" competition.

Grace wrote a story entitled "My Community-the place, the people and the pride" in which she tells the proud and lovely story of her Grandfather Tommy's involvement in his local community of Ballyboy and of her own sense of pride in her community.

Grace went to the National Library in Dublin earlier this month to attend the official launch of the book. There,with her family, she got to meet Jedward!

Grace is pictured here with her teachers from 4th class Ms. Callaghan and Ms. Corcoran. The children of Scoil Bhride also won a cheque for 1,000 euro from the competition. Well Done!
