2000 'Millennium Project" Educate a child

The school raised funds for the education of four children in Tanzania. This money was raised at the schools Enterprise Day. Children, parents, staff and local community attended.

2002 "Building a Foundation" Building a house for Schola - Setting up her business

Children, parents and local community rasied €6,000 with sponsorship cards through the school. Local businesses sponsored office equipment.

2003-2006 "Sr.Kathleen Bradley" - Mission as Linda School

The Annual Threshing festival in Ballyboy with a sport day and novelty events raised €30,000

2003 Schroeter Family

The Schroeter family enrolled in Ballyboy N.S. In December 2005, the school and local community organised the wonderful baptismal celebration.

2004-2005 "A Light for Ewuaso"

The school raised money for the erection of solar panels in a rudimentary hall in Ewuaso so it could be used for night study. The money was raised with the help of transition year students in a local secondary school, parents, staff and senior pupils. The total raised was €3,000.

2005 (ongoing) "A Light for Kibiko"

The school and community raised €50,000 for the building of a community centre in Kibiko, Kenya. This money was rasied through a number of different fundrasiers such as the sale of shamrocks, carol singing, a fashion show and a race night.
